There was one patient called Dr. Green this morning for MyChart technical help. More specifically, the patient did not know where he could get lab results. He received such 3 calls in average on MyChart issue everyday.

Dr. Green received a new phone call for MyChart technical assistance.
Hi, Mr. White. You need to go to home page and there is a "Lab" column on the left. Click it. Then you should see you lab results.
Oh, God. I am answering the question today for three times.
Dr. Green is not happy that he got three calls for the same problem for MyChart today.
Mrs. West saw Dr. Green yesterday. She wants to see the medical report which just comes out today.
Ah ha. I can use the voice assistance. Hi, where is my medical report?

It has been one week and no one called Dr. Green for MyChart issue. He can finish reading lab reports of patients today without any interruptions.
No one called me for MyChart issue these days. I am gonna focus on these lab reports.
