They were terrifying. At 15, I used a fake ID to warn a Jewish family about a raid. I even had to hide from Nazi soldiers in a dark alley, but I saved them.
Amaya you were sent out to gather information for the Jews. I wanna ask how dangerous we're those missions to gather information?

Amaya you showed great compassion for others and you also showed resilience. What gave you courage to keep going back in great danger to help others?
What gave me courage was the injustice happening around me I knew I couldn't just do nothing

Every single day. But knowing people needed me kept me moving forward.

Another question Amaya, What was the hardest thing to witness during the war that you were powerless to stop?
Witnessing people forced into concentration camps was agonizing. Watching soldiers abuse an elderly Jewish couple leaving their apartment taught me the deep pain of total helplessness.

Never underestimate your choices. You might think one person can't fix big problems, but small actions matter. If you see someone being bullied, don't just stand there. Doing nothing sides with the bully. Speak up and protect each other.
Last question Amaya, Now you've been through all these challenges and dangers. Is there any advice you can give to the younger generation?
