  • The author made many good points in this story. In the story, everything is made to be equal and perfect as everyone asked. If you are stronger than what is supposed to be the average strength then you get things added to make you weak, and if you are above the beauty standers then you get things added to make you ugly. The things added were called handicaps. In the story, the world lost its diversity and no one was unique and different. With the new law, the world lacked new ideas, smart brains, and strong working people. If the world was like this story everything would feel black and white.
