- I don’t think so, son. It depends, the officials are responsible in that matter and if the barangay has a budget for that, then maybe we could have. Why did you ask?
- It’s just that, we don’t have stable internet connections and our solar power although its clean and renewable resources but it’s not enough especially during rainy days.

- I observed the struggle of the students like me. They can’t attend their class and pass the requirements online when there’s no internet and their phone is in a low power. I want to raise this concerned to our officials, will I be heard or will they do something about it?
