Hi! Welcome back, I am very excited to assess your progress today. Afterstarting OT a month ago after you broke your arm , we are going to test your range of motion.
But didn't I do that a couple weeks ago? Why would I have to test it again shouldn't I be fine?
Nice job remebering! Yes we did do that the first week you were here. But now it is time to retest to make sure that our activities are working. If they are not showing progress we are going to have to rethink some things. This is making sure that your treatment is reliable and valid. The better the range of motion, the better the treatment. Worse range of motion means its probably need to switch up what you have been doing.
Thanks! I feel really good about my arm, but I will write down any concerns!
Your range of motion looks good! Even though the interventions are valid, I still want to see how you feel with everything. I want you to fill out this standardize scale so that I can see how you feel about your progress. The tests can tell me so much, but ony you can tel me if you feel comofortable or not. Rate the questions from one to ten, if there is anything that we need to ajust, we will do that accordingly for our next half of sessions!
