- Aphrodite declared “I will marry the god who makes the most beautiful animal in the world.” Aphrodite later stated that “Only Zeus and Poseidon can participate in this contest and the rules are: If you need someone to help you,you may ask for ONLY ONE OF YOUR SONS CAN HELP YOU.”

- “Thesus, my child come here to me and look for the most beautiful things in the world, and they have to as beautiful as butte”“Where do”,Theseus stated “I, father, find the most beautiful things in the world”.“Look for it in the sea, I plan to make a creature called Horse and will be as beautiful as Aphrodite.”“I shall do as you command father”.

- Zeus then declared “Hercules come here and bow to your father.”Hercules came running to Zeus and responded respectfully “ Father I am here,what do I need to do for you.”“Look for the most beautiful things from the sky,it has to be as beautiful as a butterfly, then give them to me when you are finished.
- Resolution
- Following the next 10 weeks Theseus and Hercules were looking for what was beautiful low in the sea and high in the mountains. Then they gave it to their father, then Zues and Poseidon started working on it
- “I may be beautiful but I am not as smart as Athena.” muttered AphroditeImmediately after she said that Athena came through with her calm grey eyes,blonde hair and her cherry lips. “I will be the judge” declared AthenaPoseidon presented his animal first which he called a horse and it was so beautiful that the goddess of love and beauty paled in comparison.Then Zeus presented his animal which was called an eagle and it was bald and not pretty at all.“I think we know our winner which is : Poseidon” declared Athena “Wait, even though I won, I don't really like Aphrodite like my wife Amphitrite,”Poseidon stated “So Zues,you can marry Aphrodite.” Soon a grand wedding took place on Mount Olympus and Zeus and Aphrodite were married.
