  • Hi, Radha. I'm here to address your anaemic conditoin. As per my professional judgement, I would prescirbe Iron supplements/pills.
  • I think for this condition, instead of supplements/pills, iron rich food in diet is a better option ot reduce intakes of medicies during pregnancy.
  • What is the difference between the iron supplements and the iron rick food in the diet?
  • Whereas, we can see that iron supplements have side effects which could harm an individual, especially during pregnancy, including diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, nausea, etc. These supplements when not taken adequately can cause iron overload disorder which causes iron to build up in the body. Iron supplements are rather less cost-effective than iron-rich food considering external resources and processes rather than natural substances. The iron-rich foods on the other hand are effective, with various health benefits and more advantages rather than disadvantages for each individual. iron-rich food will prevent iron deficiency and prevent external side-effects with economical benefits and socail benefits, healthwise.
  • Well, Iron supplements are used to prevent anemia caused by iron deficiency. When you ahve iron deficiency anemia, your levels are too low to meet your nutritional needs. Iron supplemnts helps you get the iron your body needs, wiht an easy-to-take, high dose tablet or liquid. Iron supplemnts have more iron than a multivitamin, and I cna monitor the dose you take.
  • Yet, the control to prevent iron deficiency is good but not perfect, as observed in previously described studies on relationships between individual iron requirements and the probability of iron deficiency developing in relation to diet. The control to prevent iron overload seems to be perfect except in the few subjects being homozygotes for hereditary hemochromatosis. Iron defincincy might not cater to the needs fo the patient comepltely and would not be able to prvent iron deficiency.
  • As an indivdual, it's my right and repsonsibiltiy to choose as per my choice and suitabilty. From the fariness and developemnt, I could consider the most developed and beneficial option which will benefit me socially and economcially. I will understadn the metals properties in these forms and apply that understanding to apply the same for my medication.
  • To conlcude, the most effective treatment that is reccomnded by me would be iron supplments, as the rion deffciencniy wouldn't be cured easily through iron-rich foods. The recommended would be prenatal vitamins. Yet, I would also suggest frequent iron-rich diet with meat, beans, etc in the diet to fulfill the need.
