  • I am going to start walking to work, I need to be more active.
  • On the way to McDonalds in a car. (McDonalds is only a quarter mile away, but it is easier to drive than walk. In fact 1/3 choose to drive rather than walk five minutes.)

  • At McDonalds. 920 calories in at least 2/3 of meals at McDonalds(including the fountain drink, which all added togther is half of the recomended daily calorie intake.)

  • Sir, you are overweight and your blood-pressure is at a dangerous level. You need to start saying no to fast food. I also recomend that you start excercising more to help loose that unneeded weight.
  • I did not realize that my poor diet was so harmful, now I will stop finding ways to avoid excercise.

  • Going to the Doctor's office because of high blood-pressure concerns. (High blood pressure is linked to obesity, which is often caused by sedentary lifestyle and poor diet.)
  • In the checkup room. The patient is overweight and has been told that he is at risk for a heart-attack, he has decided to stop his unhealthy ways and attempt to start excercising more often.
