- Hammurabi's code are Just because most laws are Fair. In law 148,If a man has married a wife and a disease has seized her,if he is determined to marry a second wife, he shall marry her. He shall not divorce the wife whom the disease has seized.
- Law 48
- Hammurabi's code is just because In law 48 it states that if a man has borrowed money to plant his field and a storm has flooded or carried away the crops,in that year he does not have to pay his creditor.
- Law 215
- Hammurabi´s code was just because in law 215, If a surgeon has operated with a bronze lancet on the body of a free man and saves the mans life he shall receive 10 shekels of silver.
- It is just because the Husband knew that he would have to take care of the first wife and because the wife gets to stay with the husband to be taken care of as long as she lives.
- It is just because the man wont have to pay till next year and because the creditor will still get his money back.
- This is just because for saving a mans life he received 10 shekels of silver.
