- Mrs. Dalisay saw what really happened. She stops the officer from arresting an innocent man. She then proceeds to explain what she saw before leaving the store.
- Okay, then tell me what happened.
- You're arresting an innocent person. I saw what happen. I can explain what happened and make a report if you need one.
- I have seen it . I have seen the whole incident. I was about to leave the store, then I saw this man in black sports attire dropped his money while walking towards the store. Then, that young man you're trying to arrest grabbed the money and was about to hand it back when suddenly this man saw him in the process of returning it. So he accused this man of stealing even though that wasn't the intention of the young man. He even judge him based on what he looked like and what color of his skin is.
- Every person have human rights, but Ralph's rights was disregarded because of his color. He was treated unfairly, falsely accused of stealing , and was not given a chance to be heard despite trying to explain the situation
- So that's what happened, I thought Sir. Ralph was just trying to make false excuses.
- Because of my what? skin color?I was trying to explain calmly what happened earlier but you won't listen to me
- I'm sorry, It was my mistake to assume that you took my money because of your-
- I regret what I did, I acted harshly. From now on, I will respect the rights of others because its the right thing to do
- When all the understanding was cleared up, Gabriel was arrested for his racist behavior and Ralph was set free. He also thanked Mrs Dalisay for helping him.
- Mr. Gabriel you are under arrest for violating Anti Discrimination Act of 2017 you have the rights to remain silent anything you say can be used against you.
- No problem, I'm just a concerned citizen ,I only stated what I saw, It's your right to be protected by the law because you're innocent.
- Thank you Ma'am for not ignoring what you saw, you even step up in explaining what really happened.
