  • Long-term friendships help by keeping us in check. They can help us see the light at the end of tunnel, even when we are in our darkest moments.
  • PTSD and depression are two different disorders, but they go hand in hand. People who have PTSD are three to five times more likely to develop depression. In this case we see Tommy has developed a sever case of depression, he also has anxiety and these two symptoms are causing him to lose himself and hate his reality.
