Prohibition has already become a nationwide problem while many tryed to overcome this it became even more difficult because the rate of crime still going up made it diffucult. there was a massive amount of bootleggers selling alcohol.
Many people were also selling alcohol as a biuseness they would get people to make it and then they would sell it to different places like bars ect then they would collect profits from this. This was a big set for crime because some were in compitition with other groups and they would take down anyone in there way of buisness causing harm to people and the enviorment.
