- Today we will talk about Intellectual Property and why it is important. So, what is Intellectual Property?

- And why is a patent necessary? They provide incentives to individuals by recognizing their creativity and offer rewards for their marketable inventions , and in turn, increases the quality of daily human life.
- What is Copyright? Copyright laws grant authors, artists, or other creators protection their literary or artistic creations, or works.
- What is a patent? A patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention.
- And why is that important? Well, because this type of protection is essential for providing creative authors and artists with recognition and fair economic rewards for their work, which motivates them to continue to create their works and, which also increases entertainment globally.
- What is a Trademark? A trademark is a distinctive sigh that identifies certain goods or services produced an individual or company.
- What types of trademarks can be registered? Trademarks may be one or a combination of words, letters, and numerals
- How is a trademark registered? An application for registration of a trademark must be filed with the appropriate national or regional trademark office, and the application must contain the correct required information. And how extensive is the protection? Almost all countries in the world register and protect trademarks.
