- My fraction homework is due in two days! I still don't know anything about fractions! Please help me!

- four pink and four green
- eight... why?
- hmmm.... over there! How many boxes are there?
- how many pink and how many green?
- and four is what of eight?
- I still need more for the fraction homework though.

- denominator?
- so the first number is the numerator and the second is the denominator
- a numerator is how many parts are shaded or a different color
- the second or how many equal parts in all
- how would you write that fraction?
- I'm getting a treat first though random voice
- ummm....1/2 please

- 1/4 2/4 or 1/2 3/4 4/4 or 1 whole
- well how much do you want? that can still be fractions.
- I hope it will be enough for the test. Maybe not but I'll tell you how it goes.
- Equal parts and denominator are about the same, last number, parts in all. Numerator, shaded parts or different colored parts
