- Ismene -"Antigone you are mad! What could I possibly do (Antigone 28)"?
- In this scene Antigone is telling Ismene that she will bury there brother who died a miserable with or with out her but she is asking her for help but Ismene is not agreeing
- Slide: 2
- "But think of the danger! Think what Creon will do (Ismene 36)."
- "He is my brother. And he is your brother,too (Antigone 34)."
- In this scene Antigone is basically saying that Ismene is not being loyal to herbrother and that she should reconsider. On the other hand Ismene is saying that creon is going to punish her very badly if she does.
- Slide: 3
- "This must be your excuse, I suppose. But as for me,I will bury the brother I love (Antigone 64)."
- " I'm so afraid for you (Ismene 66)!"
- In this scene Antigone is saying to Ismene how she will bury her brother out of loyalty to him. But Ismene is stating how she is scared for Antigone because of what might happen to her if Creon finds out.
