- It was just becoming the evening then there was an odd noise and sudden flash of light. The sun was just setting. The noise was so sudden that the Brands came out of their houses.
- Climax
- The people weren't very phased until they realized they had no electricity, or anyway to get it back. Not only did they lose power their cars stopped working. People started to stress and accuse each other.
- Falling action
- After people realized they lost all o their power a little boy named Tommy claimed that they as in the monsters wanted the people to stay in the town. Which is why there is no power. No one believed him.
- Resolution
- One of the characters named Goodman started to act out. He started to rant about the monsters and have ideas on them. After he went on the people decided to hide in one spot out of fear. One of the townspeople named Charlie had practically gone insane. There was a dark figure outside of the hide out. He had a gun and fired. He shot the figure.
- The people shortly found out that Charlie had shot a man. The people started to turn on each other, slowly destroying one another.
- The monsters that had landed had just been observing what would happen if they took away some daily necessities. They have seen a pattern in almost every town, of how easily people turn on each other. This town was just like every other.
