  • Actually, According to the 1st amendment, everyone has the right of religion, speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition.

  • The 3rd Amendment restricts soldiers and other people of the government from forcefully staying in someone's house. This shows a woman declining a soldier space in her home.

  • If you do not confess to your crimes of stealing your friends lunch, then I will get you in trouble!
  • I plead the 5th!
  • The fifth amendment means many things, including the right to remain silent, not doing another court case on the same event, and getting punished for a crime you didn't have a trial for yet. In this example, it shows the right to remain silent.
