- one day max sees freak trying to reach something in the tree. Max keeps watching. Freak then grabs a wagon to try and reach the flying thing. Max sees that freak still can't reach the bird thing. Then max goes over there and reaches up and grabs the flying thing. Freak is surprised about this and looks at him strangely after.
- freak and max go to a firework party thing when they see tony d. They start walking away. But tony d kept following them. He gets his guys and ends up cornering freak and max. Then freak said that max should use his body while freak uses his mind. Freak ends up steering max out of there.
- freak basically tells a story to max about why people call him freak.
- one day freak suggests that he and max should go out at 3 am to go retrieve one of tony d's members' bags. They start preparing by meeting each other and dressing in dark clothes. once they go out they see that it's so dark so no one will see them. They reach the sewer and freak kinda sits there with the flashlight and watches freak. Max almost falls in but he gets the purse.
- out of nowhere maxes dad kidnaps him. His dad is known as killer Kane. He gets taken to this room provided by igg lee. igge lee is a motor cycle gang leader.
- max has this empty book with him when he enters the hospital. The books empty because freak wanted all their memories in it. Max later knows that freak died because his heart was too big for his body. Max is mad and sad because of this and goes a little crazy. He then hides in his basement.
