- Mom.... I don't feel good!
- Ok zach I will make you a doctor's appointment after school today
- Sorry guys I can't. Im not feeling great so I have a doctors appointment.
- Hey Zach you want to hang out after school today?

- Zach sat in school all day not feeling well. He began coughing and no one knew how sick he really was!
- Zach, you definitely have a virus but I don't know which one yet. You also have a fever.
- Zach's doctor ran every test to figure out which virus. It came out that he had first case of COVID-19 in the county. Zach and his family would have to isolate. But was it too late for no one else to get it?
- He didn't have a fever this morning. he even went to school today.
- COVID-19 is a very contagious virus that has very few treatment options. The global pandemic began in 2019 and is still around today. The world shut down for almost a year, and when it did start to open back up masks would have to be worn everywhere.
- Zach's school would end up shutting down due to the increase in cases after his positive test. The healthy students were able to continue learning through remote learning at home on the computer.
- Zach developed the symptoms of: fever, chills, cough, trouble breathing, and headaches.
- Any time Zach need to leave his room he needed to put on a mask.
