Storyboard Text
- Intro: Ponyboy, Dally, and Johnny go to the movies and happened to wonder upon a couple of girls. Cherry and Marcia told the boys about how there boyfriends who were Soc's had been drinking all night and that they didn't want to be with them.
- Conflict: Ponyboy and Johnny decide to go on a walk with Cherry and Marcia but end up running into their boyfriends and some other Soc's. The greasers and Soc's almost get into a fight but it is broken up by the girls. The girls are forced by the Soc's to get back in the car with them.
- Rising action: Later that night the Soc's tracked the Greasers down and chased them around a park. Ponyboy and Johnny were getting beaten up and some of the Soc's started to drown Ponyboy in the fountain. Johnny saw that happening and retaliated. Ponyboy later woke up seeing Soc dead on the ground and Johnny claiming he killed him.
- Rising action/Climax: Because Johnny had murdered one of the Soc's they had to flee town and ended up hiding out at an old abandoned church. They even had to cut and dye their hair to not fit their descriptions.
- Climax/Falling action: Dally came and picked up the boys and took them to Dairy Queen and when they came back to the church they saw it burning in flames. They heard kids in there and Ponyboy immediately took action jumping in to save them while the other boys followed. They managed to save all the kids but put themselves in the hospital while being named heroes.
- Resolution: Johnny was later pronounced dead and Dally and Ponyboy were devastated. Dally was so devastated that he later ended up going and getting himself killed as well by a cop.
