  • How can we capture leadership on camera? Where/how does a business manager display their leadership skills?Team lead enters frame and asks team for an update on the business and what needs happen next, leads the discussion on who is doing whatYou can see them buying/negotiating for supplies for their business?Or when they come across a problem and lead the team in finding a solution
  • lead onto problem solving. What is a good example of problem solving? Could it be the team realise it was taking too long to get their products to market to sell and they were loosing sales times, so they came up with the idea of purchasing a bicycle with money from the the business. What else? How can we show this on camera?
  • Close up of teacher infront of school talking about the difference they have seen in the children taking part in SEC. Children are more excited to come to school - the school business is their favourite lesson, I can see they are doing better in Maths and are better at communicating. I am now using these practical activities in the classroom as the children respond so well to this way of learning.
