- I wish they wouldn't release people, but all you have to do is ask.
- My father is releasing a newborn today and I wish I could be there to see it.
- Show me this mornings release.
- Bye-bye little guy!
- Jonas's father was releasing a newborn that morning and Jonas really wanted to watch. The GIver told him that all releases were recorded, and all you had to do was ask.
- He killed him! I can't go home now! I can't even look at him!
- You can stay here tonight. Maybe we can figure out a way to change things.
- The Giver walked over to the speaker and flipped the lever to on. He then asked to see the morning's release.
- You can leave early in the morning!
- You should come with me Giver. I need you.
- Jonas watched on the monitor as his father slowly injected the baby with a lethal fluid in the scalp.
- I can't come. I have to help the community once the memories get released. Then after, I'm going to see my daughter, Rosemary.
- Jonas started crying after he saw what his father did. Jonas was so upset he didn't want to go home, so the Giver let him stay with him.
- The Giver and Jonas sat down and started coming up with a plan to change their community.
- Jonas wants the Giver to come along with him, but he needed to stay there to help the community. He then revealed that his daughter was Rosemary.
