We've called you because you're always late for class. I'd like to talk with your mother; please bring her tomorrow.
Your principal always calls me for what reason? Because you're late again? Anton, can you be early for even a week? I still have a lot of work to finish and I wasted my time because of it!
 Anton is a student who is usually late for class. He doesn't mind if his mother is constantly called to the school. He's gotten into the habit of arriving late to school.
 I'm sorry Ms. Pascual Next time I will not let my child come in late. I want to take him to school but I can't because I'm always busy with my work.
I Understand you Mrs. Reyes but I will not let happen again if he will continue doing that their a chance that he will be kick out
So, Mrs. Reyes I need to talk to you in important matter.  About your son being late.  I know  I already told you about this but your son  badly need your  guidance as a parent.
The next day, the day that his mom was called to talk with his principal.
After the conversation, Anton's mother signed an agreement that when her son was late for the last time, he would be kicked out of school.
Anton graduated from the Management degree a few years later.
He became the boss of his own company, and where he previously wasted time on useless interests, he now forbids his employees from being late. He placed a higher importance on time at work, and he did not want any of his employees to be late for work.
