What like us? Work together? Ok... well what type of business we could do partnership or corporation. Not sole proprietorship because there's more than one of us.

Sole proprietorship has advantages like, no extra taxes, easy to start up and easy to make decisions. Some disadvantages like, limited life, hard to find skilled labor, and unlimited liability. But we want to work together and that is only for one person.
Partner has the same advantages as sole proprietorship. It also has the same disadvantages but with partnership you are responsible for you and your partner.
Alright partnership it is.
Then there is a Corporation. For advantages it is easier to find skilled labor, limited liability, and easy to raise capital. Disadvantages are that it takes a lot of time, it is very expensive, and it is very complicated.

What do you want our product to be?
I like that idea. I'm really good at making them and I love crystals.
