- Hey John, did you know the interview was supposed to begin at 11?
- Yes I uh overslept, my alarm clock didn’t go off. It does that sometimes.
- Right. So where did you previously work before applying for this cashier position?
- I was a cashier at a local Burger King.
- Okay nice. So why did you stop working there. Were you fired?
- Yes I was fired. But it wasn’t my fault. My co-worker Jessica was a big snitch and told my boss that I was always late and constantly on my phone, but who cares right?
- Mhm. So what kind of skill sets do you think you bring to this job?
- Well i’m a great people person, always ready to work hard and be punctual.
- Excuse me but didn’t you mention that you were fired from your last job due to not being punctual or working hard?
- Yes that’s what they said but I’ll try to be better this time.
- Okay well thank you for coming in for this interview and we’ll review your resume and get back to you soon.
- Yeah.. not gonna happen.
- Great thanks, You guys should hire me i’m the best!
