  • The French and Indian War was a conflict that took place between Great Britain and France. It was part of a larger conflict known as the Seven Years’ War.This Event was important because this would declare who would get what they wanted and what would happen in the future.

  • The Sugar Act, part of the Navigation Acts, was a modified version of the Molasses Act. while the sugar act was happening. they had to pay a lot of taxes. This event was important because it was the first tax in america.

  • Tensions began to grow, and in Boston in February 1770 a patriot mob attacked a British loyalist, who fired a gun at them, killing a boy. I choose this because It was the turning point of the american reveltion.

  • In an effort to save the troubled enterprise, the British Parliament passed the Tea Act in 1773. The act granted the company the right to ship its tea directly to the colonies without first landing it in England, and to commission agents who would have the sole right to sell tea in the colonies.This lead to the tea party.
  • The Boston tea party is when they threw all the tea into the ocean.This lead to the revolutionary war.
  • These resolves state the colonists are entitled to the rights stated in their individual colony's charters, and have been since colonization.
