- This spaghetti is delicious!
- It was a bright summer afternoon on June 20th, 2024 at Smith's Italian Cuisine. Business was booming as usual, especially when customers came in to have Abraham Smith's famous spaghetti recipe.

- Abraham Smith is 25 years old, the owner of his restaurant, and has always been passionate for cooking. In this scene, he is beginning to make his world's famous spaghetti recipe.

- I'm so ready to make my famous spaghetti recipe!!!
- Abraham is excited to cook his famous spaghetti recipe as it is the first time he has made it in over 5 years.

- This recipe will be mine!!!
- I want to eat more of this spaghetti
- Everything was going normal as any day. Customers were enjoying their food and having a good time. However, an ominous event would soon take place when a criminal, John Luck, would do the unthinkable. John Luck was banned years ago from Smith's Italian Cuisine after tripping one of Smith's employees. Since then, John had wanted revenge from being banned from his favorite restaurant, which is the reason that he has set out to sneakily steal Abraham Smith's famous spaghetti recipe.

- Let me fix this cabinet handle as my spaghetti is cooking!
- John Luck sneakily entered the kitchen after not being noticed by the customers out in the dining area. Once John entered the kitchen, he quietly reached out to grab the recipe book. Eventually, he left the kitchen while Abraham was distracted.

- Smith's Italian Cuisine
- This recipe is mine! I will have it all to myself forever!!!
- John felt that his plan was successful as he walked away from the restaurant. However, trouble will soon be looming for him in the near future.

- NOOOO! My famous recipe is ruined!!!
- After fixing a broken cabinet handle, Abraham stands up to realize that his famous recipe book is missing, which in turn leaves him in panic.

- Don't worry, Abraham! I just collected several fingerprint samples in addition to the suspect's spit. My department will use this evidence to create a DNA sample that will determine the suspect's identity. I will call you back to let you know once we found the suspect.

- Thank you Officer Joseph! That recipe has been a big part of my company! I cannot afford to lose it!
- Abraham aimed to act normal until the restaurant closed for the night. After closing, he called the cops. Abraham was still upset throughout the night, even when the cops arrived. There was only one cop that came, which was Officer Joseph (he works for the police department right across the street from Smith's restaurant). He found numerous pieces of evidence (spit and fingerprint samples) at the scene of the crime. In the end, Abraham is assured by the officer that he will be informed once Joseph's department has identified the suspect.

- SHOW ME YOUR HANDS! You are under arrest for committing a misdemeanor crime of theft.
- After the day of the crime, Abraham decided to inform his customers about the crime and that his restaurant will remain closed until the crime is resolved. As the following week went by, Officer Joseph and his department were able to take the fingerprint and spit samples and make a DNA sample that identified John Luck as the suspect. Eventually, on June 27th, 2024, police captured Luck as they tracked him down at his house. Officers also found Smith's recipe book.

- You have the right the remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law, and you have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, then one will be provided for you.
- Police read John his Miranda rights, which shows that John's arraignment will soon be around the corner.

- Hey, Abraham! This is Officer Joseph! I just want to let you know that my department and I were able to take the evidence I found from your restaurant and create a DNA sample. The DNA we made looks to show that the suspect was John Luck, who was banned from your restaurant 5 years ago! Good news is that we were able to capture John in his house yesterday. He will be going to court, so make sure to appear for his arraignment on June 30th, 2024. Hope you have a nice rest of your day!
- On the morning of June 28th, Abraham noticed that he had received a voicemail from Officer Joseph. Abraham Smith was at a loss for words at this point, especially once he learned the identity of the suspect.

- John, how do you plead?
- Your honor, my client would like to plead innocent!
- On June 30th, 2024, John's court arraignment began, which will soon indicate what John's punishments will be for his crime. John was also assigned an attorney since he didn't have the money to afford an attorney.

- The trial has concluded, and it appears that John has been found guilty for stealing Abraham's recipe book. Since theft is a misdemeanor John, you will be facing 10 years in prison with the possibility of parole. Abraham will also be compensated with $10,000 that will be put towards anything of his choice . This session is now over!!!
- The court went into trial, which actually turned out to be a quick one that only lasted for 3 to 4 hours. Eventually, the judge stated John's punishment for his crime and compensated Abraham for what he had been put through.

- Hey Abraham, just came by to give you back your recipe book! I also plan on soon coming to your restaurant!
- Thanks Officer Joseph! I cannot wait to soon see you eating at my upgraded restaurant once I reopen it tomorrow!
- Officer Joseph came by Abraham's house to bring back his recipe book following the day that John was sentenced. As this criminal case comes to a close, Abraham will soon be reopening his restaurant for his customers to come back and enjoy Smith's famous spaghetti recipe. Smith also hinted that he will likely be using his compensated money of $10,000 toward upgrading his restaurant in the near future.

- I'm glad to have my recipe book once again! Tomorrow, I will go back to making my famous spaghetti and make my customers happy!
- As Abraham gets ready for bed, he looks down at his book, eager for what will soon be awaiting him when he goes back to work at his restaurant tomorrow morning.

- Guess I did deserve to be locked up after all!
- Meanwhile, John Luck was locked up in jail, realizing that he had got what he truly deserved.
