- Kyla, I know that we’ve been friends for a few months and those few months meant something to me. I don’t know if you were just friendly to me or you feel the same way towards me. I hope you’ll listen to me first. The first time I laid my eyes on you, you were the one who first caught my attention. Every single day that I was getting to know you, I could see how strong, independent, brave, intelligent, beautiful, and persevered you are. I felt safe and secured when I talk to you. I feel no judgement when I open up about my problems and the little things about me. I am who I am when I talk to you. It’s okay I understand. Were you really interested in me? I just have so many questions to ask but it will just be harder for you than me and I don’t want that to burden you any longer. I just want you to be happy because you deserve every drop of happiness that the world could give you.
- Can I stop you there Caleb? I’m really flattered that you see me that way but I only like you as a friend. I’m really sorry about this.
