7. Theseus meets Minos and proves that he is the son of Poseidon.

8. Ariadne, the daughter of Minos, offers to help Theseus if he will promise to take her back to Athens.
Thank you for the offer but I must fight the Minotaur and defeat it.

9. To Ariadne's delight, Theseus fights the Minotaur and defeats it.
Wow! He's dead! Put your yarn away! We're off to Athens!

10. Aegeus throws himself off a cliff in despair before Theseus triumphantly returns to Athens, slays Pallas and his sons, and becomes King of Athens.
I tagged along with my sister to keep her company.

Poor Aegeus is dead because I forgot to raise the white sails. I am now the king after I killed his Aegeus's evil cousin Pallas.
