Storyboard Text

  • Mr. Brown broke his leg last month. Fortunately, he got recovered. His orthopedist Dr. Hamilton told him he should come to have follow-up checks once each month. Now Mr. and Mrs. Brown want to schedule their first one.
  • Deer, it has been 1 month since you are back from the hospital.
  • Right, I remembered the orthopedist told me to schedule a follow-up meeting every month.
  • However, Mr. and Mrs. Brown don't have good eyesights and are not familiar with smartphones. They spent a long time yet cannot find how to schedule a follow-up via MyChart. So they decide to call the hotline listed on the APP.
  • I think they told us that we have to make appointments on MyChart?
  • You are right... But the APP is too messy. I can't find where to do that.
  • Dr. Lee answered the phone. However, she is unable to directly sign up a meeting for Mr. Brown. So she has to teach Mr. Brown how to do that by himself on MyChart. They talked for a long time and finally Mr. Brown figured out.
  • Hey, could you help me to schedule a follow-up with Dr. Hamilton?
  • Oh... Okay.
  • Hi! Sorry I cannot do that on my side. But I can guild you how to do that using MyChart.
  • Dr. Hamilton, we took so much effort to make this appointment on MyChart. Could it be simpler?

  • One month later, when Mr. Brown opens MyChart again and clicks the icon of the voice assistant, it asks Mr. Brown's need and help him schedule a meeting with Dr. Hamilton quickly and correctly.

  • The earliest appointment time with Dr. Hamilton is tomorrow 9 am. Does it work?
  • I want to make an appointment with Dr. Hamilton.

  • Do you find the voice assistant helpful?
  • Mr. and Mrs. Brown praise the voice assistant when they visit Dr. Hamilton the next day. All of them feel happy and satisfied with this new feather.
