Storyboard Text

  • "Who was it that thus cried? Why, worthy thane,You do unbend your noble strength to thinkSo brainsickly off things."
  • "Go get some waterAnd wash this filthy witness from your hand."
  • "Why did you bring these daggers from the place? They must lie there. Go, carry them and smear The sleepy grooms with blood."
  • Lady Macbeth was asking who was crying out loud when he went to go kill King Duncan. Macbeth said he heard someone yell "Murder" so Lady Macbeth was asking him who he heard and he was just hearing things.
  • Lady Macbeth was telling Macbeth that if he went and washed the blood off his hands he would be washing the crime away and that the would-be washing the guilt away. Macbeth had King Duncan's blood all over his hands so by Lady Macbeth telling him to go wash the blood away she is telling him that the evidence is gone and that it isn't a big deal.
  • Lady Macbeth was asking Macbeth why he brought the dagger he used to kill King Duncan back to their room even though he was supposed to leave it back at the crime scene to frame the guards. Lady Macbeth was telling Macbeth to go back to where the guards were and smear blood all over them because that was originally a part of the plan.
