It also shows he is basically unharmed, even though it was a 1 v 2, so it shows that there is a very large gap in skill and strength between Four and them.

Personification is used to show Tris' anger, it says that anger is consuming her. Anger cannot literally consume, but it shows that she is angry enough that she is having a hard time not acting on only her anger.

The simile, It feels like I'm wearing someonelses skin. is used to show just how uncomfortable Tris is, she doesn't know who she can trust right now and feels that Peter and even the dauntless leaders could kill her.

Imagery is used by saying that Al's eyes are dark and glassy. They're dark and empty, which shows that Al is at a very low point right now. He is alive but not really here, his eyes are vacant.
A metaphor is used to compare Al's eyes to a doll's eyes, which are empty and lifeless, to emphasize that Al is truely dead.
Anaphora is used when Tris thinks, I don't remember deciding to punch her, I don't remember forming a fist. It's used to show how Tris acted without thinking, it was just her natural reaction to punch Molly.
