- Tom anxiously waits by the gates to see the Prince. A guard mistreats Tom so the prince lets tom inside defending him. The prince apologizes to Tom about how he was treated. The prince questions Tom about his life as a poor person. The prince and Tom would like to see what life in each others shoes.
- Climax
- The prince and Tom decide switch clothes. The prince notices the bruise on Tom's hand and confronts the guard while in rags . The guard knocks him out and throws him out .
- Falling Action
- Tom is at the banquet and Hertford announces the King is dead . The prince ends up making a friend named Miles. Prince confesses to Miles he is King. The prince is kidnapped by John Canty and Hugo. The prince is soon framed for stealing and taken to justice.
- Resolution
- The prince and Miles are in jail and talk to the prisoners. The prince says that when he gets out he will give them justice. Sir Hugh let's them out after two hours in the public stocks. when Miles and the prince get out of jail they go to the cornation.
- The prince makes it to the cornation refuses for Tom to be king. Tom admits that he isn't king . Hertford questions the prince to see if he is the prince . So Hertford asks the prince one question and the question is where the great seal is . The prince seems to not remember but Tom helps the prince remember .
- The prince is then crowned king . The prince serves justice to sir. Hugh's and puts him in jail . As the prince promised he lets Miles be a member of the court . While Tom is the now king's ward .
