- Hello! said the king. There is a reason I have brought you, Lewis and you Clark here today. We have just purchased land in louisiana, I need you to explore it. The U.S. will supply you with supplies like food, medicine, clothing, and weapons. We will also supply you with any money you need! So will you accept this offer? There will be a very big reward, and you will leave tomorrow!

- Lewis and Clark had been on an expedition for 1 year now and they were very tired. They had been discovering many new plants and animals like different types of birds. A few weeks ago Clark was attacked by a grizzly bear. Also last month Lewis was accidentally shot when mistaken for an elk. They had sacagawea with them now and they were almost done. Sacagaweahad provided horses for them as well!
- Lewis and clark finally made it back after being gone for, 28 months. They became celebrities, they discovered 200 plants and 100 animals. Their reward was double pay and 1600 acres of land. Lewis and Clark were heros!
