- the text starts out with two men (Whitney and Rainsford \) standing on a dock discussing hunting. they´re heading towards their getaway in Brazil to hunt for jaguars.the night was so black not a single star was in sight
- climax
- I know you out there somewhere Mr Rainsford!
- after Rainsford saw something out in the sea through the pitch balck night, he stands on the railing of the boat and eventually falls off the boat. he swims and finds a island in the middle of the sea. he swims to shore through the jagged rocks and passes out on the shore
- falling action
- Rainsford wakes up on a deserted island with the sun a little past midday shining down on him. he walks the island for hours and finally finds a massive mansion probably the biggest hes ever seen in his life. he meets two people, genera\ Zaroff and his henchman Ivan.
- resolution
- After meeting Zaroff, he explains how he wants to hunt humans with Rainsford, and Rainsford denies him immediately. So Zaroff decides to hunt him down in the deep forest jungle of his island.
- bark bark bark!
- After being chased for almost a day, Rainsford jumps off the overlook of the water fall going into the sea. Zaroff Had finally thought he had won but was upset because Ivan and his hounds Have both died.
- But when Zaroff gets home he finds Rainsford in his bedroom with a mean look on his face. The two men had fought it out but eventually, Rainsford Had won. Zaroff was fed to the dogs outside the bedroom. Later, he thought to himself that he had never slept in better bed that night.
- AHHHHHHH! bark bark AHHHHHHH!
