- With my fathers absence, I have been crowned Brazils first emperor! I officially declare Brazil as it's own empire and I now initiate Independence! We now freely trade and have our own government, different than that of Portuguese ruling.
- September 7th 1822, Brazilian independence is gained, Pedro is now Brazilian emperor.
- OUR ECONOMIC GOODS ARE PUT TO USE. WE GET NO INDEPENDENCE AND HAVE NO WAY TO LIVE FOR OURSELVES UNDER PORTUGUESE RULE! WE DEMAND THIS TO CHANGE!
