  • 2nd Amendment
  • The Bill of Rights was a series of amendments to the US Constitution. The Amendments were added to directly protect the rights of the individual.
  • 3rd Amendment
  • You can not be quartered in my house.
  • The 1st Amendment is the freedom of speech, press, and religion. You can also legally, peacefully assemble and petition the government.
  • 4th Amendment
  • You can not search my house without a warrent.
  • We want to go in your house and take your stuff!
  • The 2nd Amendment protects your right to own guns. This allows citizens to protect themselves and their property.
  • 5th Amendment
  • I plead the Fifth!
  • The 3rd Amendment protects your rights to not have to let soldiers live in your house during peacetime without your consent.
  • Similar to the 3rd Amendment, the 4th Amendment protects your house from unreasonable searches and seizures.
  • The 5th Amendment protects your right to not have to hold witness against yourself. Also, you can also not go to court twice for the same crime.
