- There once lived an lonely elephant who was looking for friends in the forest.
- What is going on?
- The elephant found a rabbit, whom he asked to be his friend. The rabbit said, You are too big to fit in my burrow. We cannot be friends.
- The elephant then came across a monkey, whom he also asked to be his friend. The monkey said, You will not be able to jump and climb trees with me. Sorry, we cannot be friends.
- The next day, all the animals in the forest were running in fear. He asked a bear what had happened. He said that there was a tiger that was going to attack them all.
- There is a tiger that is going to attack us all!
- The elephant wanted to save the other animals. He found the tiger and scared it away!
- The elephant went back and told the animals that he had scared the tiger away.On hearing how the elephant saved their lives, the animals agreed, “You are just the right size to be our friend”.
- Moral: Friends come in all shapes and sizes!
