  • You will want to wet your hands with warm water before adding an adequate amount of soap. Rub the soap on all surfaces of the hands. Between each finger. Under all finger nails. On your wrists. Then rinse all of the soap off before drying your hands with a paper towel
  • IF soap and water are not available, the next most effective way to kill germs is by using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer should contain AT LEAST 60% alcohol (can be found on label). Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2020
