When I woke up the morning of a tournement game I made a deal with my mom that I had to hit 5 homeruns before the end of the season and I could get a dog. I was determing that day that I had to start hitting better then before if I was ever going to get a dog.
Falling Action
That day I gave myself a peep talk and it really helped I hit well but not well enough to hit a home run. But my parents reliazeing the reality that it is extremely hard to hit 5 homeruns in 2 months they bent the rules a little. That tournement I hit my first ḧomerune", well not really I hit really good against one team and went 3/3 with hitting 2 doubles and a triple. This had lead me with 1/5 homeruns, starting to lift my head up a little more, I went on a hitting streak then and hit the best I ever had before. Up to a .708 batting average, it was only the begining...
Resolution
As time passed by i had gone by I had got up to 4/5 homeruns but not really hitting one just doing really well in games like hitting a triple over a outfielders head against my old team. And much more. But hopeing I could hit one, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, I went into the box.. Then as I went into the box I took a deep breath and was ready to hit. As the pitch came I was trying to hit a homerun, and with all my power I swung. Hitting the ball I knew I hit it hard but didnt think I hit it hard enough to make it over the fence So I gave it a full on sprint, watching the ball go over the fence I slew down, and walked to second base admiring the first homerun I hit, as I ran around the rest of the bases my team was already at home plate jumping up and down, happy for me.
As we went puppy shopping there was no dog that stuck out to me but all I knew was that I wanted a baby boxer. So instead we went shopping online. After hours of searching we found a 8 week old boxer and bought it. When it arrived at the house the next morning all of us were in shock loving the dog right away playing with it all day and we named itchamp.
Currently my dog is 9 weeks old and poops in my room a lot. He sleeps in our parents room. But he also has a lot of energy. My whole family loves him and we play with him every day. He loves us alot to but refuses to go poop outside. THE END...
