- Harrison Bergeron justrememberedwhere he put his computer but a sound of a train from his headphones made him forget
- Government is oppressive
- you can now only carry for 15 seconds because if you pass a person who crying your going to make them sad
- setting is futuristic or in a fictional universe
- In the book the smarter people had to wear an ear system that would make a loud sound so they couldn’t think anymore than the regular people.
- Government portrays society as a utopia.
- The government makes 213 amendments to make it seem like they are making lives equal and fair. These 213 amendments are really just ruining people's lives.
- Elements of conformity are extreme equality
- The setting of the book was in the year 2081.
- Progatanist wishes to restore people to a conventional life

- The government tries to make everything perfect by ruining people who are betrayed as better in human society.
- The government is trying to not make anyone feel different for who they are because they change laws. Example putting masks on pretty people. I put the house because a home is where people feel comfortable.
- The main character Harrison Bergeron wants to change society but he can't.
