- How do you add and subtract using the algebraic method
- To add and subtract vectors with the algebraic method you can use the calculator and the formulas
- To add and subtract a vectos you have to use 4 formulas: magnitude of a vector, direction of a vector, component X and component y
- When given magnitude and direction: A*B=|A|*|B| cos0 between A and B
- When given components: A*B=Ax*Bx+Ay*By
- What are the formulas?
- The dot product tells us, how much of one vector is following in the same path as the other vector, or how much of onevector is projected onto the other.
