  • Congratulations! Your son will be a doctor or a teacher like his father (pg 18)
  • I do not wish to offend you but perhaps Khushal and Malala will both go to university to become doctors (pg 19)

  • When Malala's brother was born, there was lots of celebration because they were a boy. This was NOT the same for Malala's birth. No one celebrated at all!
