Storyboard Text
- In the first story, the main characters dad gets taken away from them (his family)
- The main character's dad was freed but they had to escape the country. They tried to go to Cuba but they were denied. The main characters dad also tried to take their own life (they had gone a bit crazy)
- In this story, the main character's father was part of a revolt in Cuba. Since her dad was in the revolt, they had to leave the country to the U.S. without getting caught
- They and their neighbours (I cant fit them) travelled on a fishing boat to the U.S. The main characters grandfather was on but he got caught so that they could escape. Something else to know is that the main character's mom was pregnant and gave birth before they got to Miami.
- In this story, the main character lives in Syria. Syria is in a civil war. His families home was destroyed. Since they wanted to escape, they started their journey to Germany
- While travelling to Greece, they got caught in a storm. They were on a raft. In order to save the main character's sister, they had to give her to a stranger.
