- Get out of our territory!!! No more Cheyennes! No more Utes!
- Us, Natives of this land, will not be harassed by your men. We will continue to roam this state, and attack if necessary.
- Oh My! He is the Orator of the Plains!
- Attack the wagon train!!!
- No! We shall attack you back!
- Satanta was against the Cheyennes and the Utes. He was in many violent campaigns and protests to spread disinterest. By 1865, he became an important sub-chief.
- Oy! Jailed for raiding! While our people are stuck at the reservations!
- Here ye! Here ye! Welcome to the trial of Satanta!
- This is Satanta at the Treaty of Medicine Lodge. Satanta highly expressed his statements and was called "Orator of the Plains" by the audiences.
- This is the Salt Creek Raid. Satanta led a large attack at a wagon train, killing seven. Buffalo soldiers were taking the wagon of goods to their communities. This raid caused disagreements.
- I shall commit suicide by jumping out of a window!
- This is when Satanta and Ado-etee were jailed for violence and the Salt Creek Raid. They were said to be released if on good behavior.
- This is the trial of Satanta. Satanta is here to see if he can be released or not. This was a celebrated event, because it was the first time Indians chiefs were forced to stand trial in civil court.
- This last panel, shows how Satanta dies. He commited suicide by jumping out of a window on a high floor. He gave up as a leader and was seen with hostiles leading up to his death.
