Mr Nkosi is the owner of the company, working the same line with Mr zozo, He is know asking if their employees are still on strike, since the is no one on the offices.

They know notices that the strike takes longer than they expected, and that causes a compony to lose a lot of money since the is no production, Tom decides to schedule a meeting with Tom the Trade union organiser so that they can discuss this issue properly

MR Zozo invited Tom to tell him that the money that was cut will be paid back, and there will be no salary will ever be cut, then Tom is very happy to hear that, e even promised to go and speak to his colleague That everything is now resolved.

Tom does what he promised to do, went back to his colleagues and tell them what is the management saying about the issue that they had, and after all that everyone is happy that they are going back to work, and their money wont be cut again.

Mr Zozo is so happy that everything is back to normal, he then gives a word off thanks Tom and appreciate his efforts

we are not going back untill our problem are resolved
