  • Paul Revere was born on January 1st, 1735. He was a maker of many things. His official job was a silversmith, he was very popular. He also made masterpieces out of brass, copper, gold. He was a husband had 16 children in all. He died on March 10th, 1818

  • The redcoats are almost here!
  • An american spy overheard some British soldiers talking about stealing ammunition from Lexington Concord. The spy also heard them talking about capturing John Hancock Samuel Adams. He went straight to the Sons of Liberty told them about the plan to steal ammunition about capturing Hancock Adams. The Sons sent Paul Revere, William Dawes, Joseph Warren to warn the townspeople.

  • The Redcoats are coming!
  • Paul Revere, Robert Newman, John Pulling made an agreement at Old North Church. The agreement was for Newman Pulling to hang 1 lantern if the British were coming by land, 2 by sea. They hung 2 lanterns, signaling that the British were coming by sea.

  • Hey boys, where are you going?
  • Paul went by sea, the easier route, William Dawes took the land route, which took a longer time, Joseph Warren took the route straight to Lexington. The men took different routes to ensure that if 1 of them were captured, the other men that weren't captured would get the message through to the townspeople. All riders made it to Lexington, not so much Concord.
  • Is that a leak?
  • As Paul was riding to Lexington, 2 spotted him gave chase. Paul's horse was too fast for them he got away safely. As William Dawes, Joseph Warren, Paul were warning the townspeople that the redcoats are coming, the militia minutemen got their muskets ready. Other men in the town also woke up got ready to fight, willing to die for freedom from Britain.
  • On the road to Concord, Joseph Warren, Paul, William Dawes were seen by 4 British soldiers. William Dawes Joseph Warren got away, Paul was not so lucky. As he was being interrogated, Paul heard a gunshot. The soldiers heard it as well. They took Paul's horse rushed to help the rest of the British army. Paul made it back to Lexington just as the first battle of the Revolution began.
