  • Here Isemene says that we should give in to the law because the law is stronger than us.

  • Antigone, the protagonist, argues with Ismene, saying Ismene is wrong and that the gods' laws are more important.
  • Good. Good! The Force is strong with you, Anakin Skywalker. A powerful Sith you will become.
  • Here, Antigone basically condemns the others for not following the gods as she has. These convey the theme that moral laws are more important than legal laws.
  • I find your lack of faith disturbing
  • In this scene, Anakin expresses his will to do better, revealing the good nature of his heart.
  • Here, the Chancellor lets Anakin know that he is very powerful.
  • In this scene, Anakin kills a man for no real reason. This shows that power has changed and corrupted Anakin. This expresses hat people who are given lots of power are corrupted.
