- So why are you watching TV?
- I’m sorry I couldn’t make it again, my mom told me I had to do some chores.
- I’ll go tomorrow.
- Ryan and James are discussing
- Yes, maybe we should stop doing it.
- Maybe this goal is just stupid.
- Yes, I think I’ll quit.
- Ryan told his mom everything that had happened in the las few days.
- So mom, do you think I need to quit?
- Ok, so I will continue my process tomorrow, thank you for your support.
- No! quitting is just stupid, don’t let James control you.
- Ryan calls James
- Hey! I’m not giving up, I will continue the process tomorrow.
- That’s cool, maybe I’ll do it too.
- At the end Ryan accomplished the goal, and James didn’t.
- I feel much better now that I have accomplished the goal
- Months later James realized how good Ryan felt after he accomplish the goal so he decided to ask him how did he achieved it.
- Hey, so what was your strategy to achieve the goal?
- Yes, that's right because when you do it a habit, you are doing it repetitively and without thinking of it, and I imagine it is a lot easier that way..
- It´s all about doing it constantly and making it a habit
