I think we should try to find a way to encapsulate the areas so it is manageable to other customers.
As a manager, i am in charge of managerial planning. We shold plan to build more sitting than standing areas.
After a while of searching and thingking, i used my decision skills to figure out what the best idea would be.

After he think and talked to the construction company, he called his workers and update them about the plan he's going to make.
When the problem is already solved he assign his worker to ask the team if there are any concerns or problem. He wants to know if there are any problem so that they can solve it properly and make their business successful.
